Hybridized at the Staatliches Weinbauinstitut Freiburg (DE) from the grape varieties Solaris (♀) and Gelber Muskateller (♂). Reduction of pollution to the environment (80 to 90%
less spraying).

5-12 year old vines grow on Opok soils. “Opok” is a solidified sedimentary rock, formed by marine and river deposits. The soil has a high clay content, can absorb warmth well
and provides optimal ripening conditions for the grapes.
