Thirsch-Wines:

Weingarten:

8-30 year old vines grow on Opok soils.

“Opok” is a solidified sedimentary rock, formed by sea and river deposits.

The soil has a high clay content, can store heat well and offers the grapes optimal ripening conditions.

Ripe and spicy Sauvignon Blanc.
