Pour pure wine.
In order to bring the original taste of our high-quality grapes unadulterated into the glass, we do not use any additives in the wine cellar, except – if necessary – a sparing addition of sulphur.
During vinification, with minimal intervention, we respect the slow work cycles that are typical of artisanal, natural wines – “time is quality“: this is the only way to obtain pure, high-quality wine. The wines mature and age on fine lees. Bottling takes place at a late stage.
For us, good taste has no value without sustainable and fair production. That would be against nature. When both are combined, sustainability (nature and human) and high quality, our attitude towards the fine wine changes. We perceive wine more consciously. Our appreciation increases.
We couldn’t express it better than Pierre Frick, a winemaker in Alsace. He said:
…then we no longer drink to forget, but to be reminded of something…
