Our wine.

For our wine, we use the quality grapes from our vineyards at the Karl Renner organic winery. On six hectares of grapevines in the best southern Styrian sites, the varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Morillon (Chardonnay), Muscat, Zweigelt, the new eco-friendly varieties (PIWI) Muscaris, Souvignier Gris, Chardonel and others can develop to perfection.

Thirsch wines are full-bodied, with an individual style and reflect our way of working with nature. Thirsch is the historical name of our farm.

Winburg
Winburg wines are characterized by the special selection of the grape material. They come from single vineyards. Physiologically highly ripe grapes produce unique wines characterized by the terroir. Winburg wines usually mature for one to several years in wooden barrels. The name Winburg originated from parts of the first names of Karl Renner's parents: Erwin and Burgi Renner.
